Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Services: C King Digital (referred to as “the Company”) agrees to provide the services specified in the client’s project agreement or proposal.
2. Payment Terms: Clients are required to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in their project agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. Intellectual Property: The Company retains ownership of all intellectual property created during the provision of services, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
5. Termination: Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms or conditions outlined herein.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration.
7. Web Design Services: All web projects will follow the basic principles outlined in the template contract provided by the Company. This includes but is not limited to the scope of work, payment terms, timeline, and deliverables. (Please see an example contract at the bottom of this page.)
8. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and materials necessary for the completion of the project. Failure to do so may result in project delays or additional fees.
9. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client’s use of the services provided.
10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the English Law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any amendments or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
